How does the after work feature work?

After Work Feature – End the Workday Together

Our After Work Feature helps you easily connect with colleagues who are still in the office to organize spontaneous after-work gatherings. It’s a great way to unwind together and strengthen team dynamics.

1. Enabling and Disabling the Feature

The After Work feature can be managed from your Profile Settings. You can easily enable or disable it using the toggle switch. By default, the feature is turned off until you activate it.

How to enable the feature:

  1. Go to your Profile Settings.
  2. Scroll to the After Work Feature section & toggle the switch to On.

If you no longer wish to receive after-work notifications, you can disable the feature at any time.

2. The After Work Prompt

Once the feature is enabled, you will receive a notification every day at 5:00 PM, as long as you are still online. This notification will display a list of colleagues who are also online and present in the same office.

The notification suggests organizing an after-work event with them. You have the following options:

  • View Colleagues: See a list of available colleagues.
  • Start a Chat: Open a group chat with the suggested colleagues to plan the details of your gathering.

Note: Only colleagues who are in the same office and still online will be displayed, ensuring you always get relevant suggestions.

3. Starting a Group Chat

With just one click on the Start a Chat button in the notification, you can open a group conversation. All the suggested colleagues will automatically be added to the chat, allowing you to coordinate the after-work event quickly and easily.

Tip: This feature is perfect for spontaneous after-work gatherings, especially when you’re unsure who’s still around in the office.
