How do I use the "Meetup" function?

"Meetup" allows you and your colleagues to see at a glance who will be in the office and when. It makes it easy to coordinate your office days and meet up.

You can reach the Meetup via the button at thetop right and you will see at a glance who is
going to work form where on which days.

You can use it to plan your own week better.

Filter and Search

To give you the opportunity to search for specific people, places and functions or to see where your team is, there are different ways to refine the search:

  1. Favourites
  2. Predefined filters
  3. Optional Teams filters
  4. Free text search

Favourites

As soon as your hit the star on the next to a colleague who has booked a place themselves, you add them to your favourites.


Your favourite colleagues will always show at the top of all bookings of colleagues in Meetup, so that you can see at a glance what your favourites are planning that day or week.

Predefined filters

Seatti lets you filter by locations with one click. You can filter for all locations that you can see in the Planning view in the first dropdown. With the "more" button you can check for more locations or statuses like home office, business trip or absences. 

Teams filters

There is also the option to filter by teams which you are a member of.
If you don't see any teams in the Microsoft Teams sidebar, the filter here will be empty.

 

 

 

 

Free text search

To refine your search or look for specific people or areas, you can start a free text search using the magnifying glass icon. This will help you find people who have booked a place on the selected day or week. You can search by name, position or booked area or desk.

It is important that you enter the beginning of the entire title or name, e.g. "Head of ..." so that everything can be found correctly.
