In order to use Seatti, a number of URLs are required in the background, which must not be blocked by your IT.
Your company may have policies about which URLs are allowed and which are not.
To ensure proper use of Seatti, the following URLs should be whitelisted.

- For the Seatti user interface
- https://myapi-v3.seatti.co
- For the Seatti backend
- https://seattiprodimages.blob.core.windows.net
- For saving the uploaded room plans
- https://matomo.seatti.co
- For Seatti internal anonymized analysis of product usage
- https://api.eu.amplitude.com
- For Seatti internal anonymized analysis of product usage
- https://o4504486594412544.ingest.sentry.io
- For technical bug tracking
The list of these URLs will be revised regularly to keep it up to date and you will also find the announcement about it in the release log.
In addition, the email address catering@seatti.co must be whitelisted for the Catering & Services module to work properly. This is the address from which catering requests generated by Seatti will be sent during the meeting room booking process. The workflow will go nowhere if these requests end up in the spam filter instead of reaching the responsible team.
