Easily register as a first responder, fire safety officer, evacuation assistant, or works council member.
With Seatti, you can ensure that your presence in the office is well-coordinated as a first responder, fire safety officer, evacuation assistant, or works council member. Additionally, colleagues can easily see when you’ll be in the office. Here’s how you can add this information to your profile and how to filter by these roles.
1. Add roles in your profile settings
To indicate whether you are a first responder, fire safety officer, evacuation assistant, or works council member, follow these steps:
Step 1: Adjust profile settings
Go to your profile settings in the Seatti app by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner. Scroll down until you see the Additional Responsibilties section.
Select the roles that apply to you, such as “First Responder,” “Fire Safety Officer,” “Evacuation Assistant,” or “Works Council.” You can select multiple roles if you hold different positions.
Save your changes.
2. Filter by roles and view office attendance
Colleagues can filter by specific roles in the Meetup tab to see which first responders, fire safety officers, evacuation assistants, or works council members will be in the office on certain days.
Step 1: Navigate to the "Meetup" tab
- Open the Seatti app and go to the Meetup tab.
Step 2: Filter by roles
- Go to the filter options.
- Select the role you want to filter by (e.g., “First Responder”).
- You will now see which days people with that role will be in the office and at which location they have booked a desk.
