How can I invite visitors?

Guess can be invited in on behalf booking, group bookings and meeting room bookings.

The visitor management feature in Seatti allows you to invite guests when booking workspaces, group bookings, and meeting rooms on behalf of others. This is especially useful for meetings or business appointments where external participants are expected.

Inviting Guests

When booking a workspace, group, or meeting room on behalf of others, you can add guests during the booking process. These guests will automatically receive an email invitation with the following options:

  • Confirm Invitation: The guest can confirm their attendance at the meeting or visit to the office directly from the email.
  • Provide Additional Information: Guests can also provide their full name, contact information, and other details that may be required for reception or security purposes.

What Your Guests Need to Do at Reception

When your guests arrive at reception, they will be greeted by the reception staff. Here’s what happens:

  • Check-in: Your guests will check in at reception by giving their name and the purpose of their visit, such as the meeting or workspace they were invited to.

  • Check-in by Reception Staff: The reception staff will check them in via Seatti, automatically notifying you of their arrival.

  • Security and Visit Details: If additional information, such as ID or other security measures, is required, it will be handled at reception.

  • Guided to Their Destination: Once checked in, your guests will be directed to their destination in the building, whether it’s a meeting room or a workspace.

This process ensures a smooth and organized arrival for your guests.
